This Refund Policy explains when credits and purchases on AI Rap Video Song are refundable. It sits alongside our Terms of Service; where the two conflict, the Terms control.
Failed generations: automatic, instant
If a generation fails for a technical reason — the model errors, the job times out, the render never completes — the credits for that generation are refunded to your balance automatically and immediately. You do not need to contact support, and you never pay for a video you did not receive. The refunded credits carry the same validity as before.
Purchased credit packs
- Unused credits within 14 days. If you bought a credit pack within the last 14 days and have not used the credits from it, you may request a refund of that purchase.
- Used credits are non-refundable. Once credits have been spent on successful generations, they are consumed and cannot be refunded. If a pack is partially used, only the unused portion may be considered, at our discretion, within the 14-day window.
- Expired credits. Purchased credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. Credits that expire are not refundable, so plan your pack size around your release schedule.
How to request a refund
Email support@airapvideosong.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Refund request". Include the approximate date of purchase and the pack you are asking about so we can locate the transaction. We review requests promptly and, once approved, issue the refund through Stripe to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit typically appears within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions and abuse
We may decline a refund request where we see signs of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, chargeback fraud, or violations of the Terms of Service. If you dispute a charge with your bank, contact us first: most issues are resolved faster and more accurately by email than through a chargeback.
